1) get some suit slickers and you will certanily be able get them on by yourself.
2) Yes, take the measurements cold. When taking the measurements for the squat suit, one of the measurements will be "top of the trap to 6 inches below the crotch". Personally, I've always found it best not to add on the 6 inches.

Other than that, just tell titan your true, cold measurements and you will be more than impressed with the centurion and F6.
