RDC,
I was being conservative about Anderson due to the controversy on depth, silver dollars, etc... I was more addressing Jim's comments on J.T. when lifting without gear, there is just a logical place where the body just won't get any stronger without something changing. I have moments where my strength waxes and wanes at 45 but the monumental gains don't seem to come anymore. Of course that being said, I did change my bench grip this week and hit 300 for 11 reps, so who knows, maybe some big gain is on th ehorizon.
