In Response To: Is it possible to keep improving? (Jesse Israel)

I truly believe that any lifter can always make improvements. There are several factors that plays in making those improvements. The factors to look at are training, nutrition, sleep, recuperation, etc. Also, I like to read other lifter workouts and talk by email too. This has helped me a lot over the years.

I had a bad cold and a 13 hour drive just drained my strength. So, I was only off by 3%. That's not too bad in my book.

Jimmy would have finished 14th place in the pro bp meet and he can't even bp double his body weight with or without equipment(LOL).

Jimmy raw bp 501/342 body weight
=1.4649.

1.4649 x 1.4830(Jimmy Coefficient)= 2.1725 bp coefficient(14th place).
