I think you can keep improving as long as you are reasonably healthy, at least say up to mid 50 years of age. A few a little higher, a few a little lower. I made a few PR's last year before I hurt my knee at 50, raw.

I would like to have JT visit the club or me and my guys out in the Barn. Sounds like his training is a little stale and some new points of view might get it started again. Welcome.
