The rest of the countrys in the ipf are not nit picking their lifters as much as the usapl does. Even if they test 100% it is still not going to be drugfree, because the testing is not always accurate, there is to many ways to beat the test. It is the lifters job to get every advantage that he or she can, in other words do what ever it takes to compete, and the federations job to catch them. That might not sound like the right thing to do, but it is just a fact of life. It is only cheating if you get caught.
