Metal Militia Maine Seminar *LINK*

Just wanted to thank Dynamaxx Gym in South Portland Maine for having me up there for a great Seminar.I think everyone really learned a lot and were Doubling and tripling PRs.It was a really awesome group of lifters and I had a great time.Special Thanks to Lisa C and Charlie Ryder for taking care of me while I was there...If anyone is interested in Hosting a Seminar or attending please e mail me at metalmilitiabench@yahoo.com
