Pat,
I doing well in SA, Texas. Retired from the AF and working on my second retirement. My son has the Texas High School regionals in Powerliting this weekend. He weighs 170 @ 15 and has posted lifts of 530/230/540 in the last year. Hopefully he will be in the top three. I will send you my numbers.
