Open to all APF/AAPF registered athletes. 50 lifters Maximum

24 hour weigh in rule will apply.

Saturday May 17th 10:00 am ¨C 11:00am

COMPETITION: Mandatory rules briefing Saturday at 10:30 am

LIFTING SCHEDULE: Saturday May 17th Meet Starts at 11am Sharp!

UNIFORM:
Mandatory - Must have one piece lifting suit or wrestling suit.
APF/AAPF rules apply.

CONTEST LIFTS: Squat - Bench Press ¨C Deadlift and/or Bench Press Only

ENTRY FEE: A fee of $100 must accompany this entry form and be received no later than May 5, 2008. $30.00 late fee for any entries allowed in after the deadline.

AWARDS: 1-3rd place and Best Lifter in each category based on content of entries.
