He gave a fake adress to avoid being drug tested, and was still allowed to compete and win the worlds? Now come on billy you know that there is no dishonesty in the high and mighty ipf. It is a federation that treats all its members fair and equal. Hell they let a man get away with avioding a randam drug test, with no punisment, and they suspended Siders for a year and a half, just for competeing in a meet with Coan a few years ago! I mean this is a honest, fair federation. I think I will join the usapl today!
