Hell Yeah Champ! I went to the Arnold Classic this past weekend and had a heck of a time. I wish the USPF had the P/L event. I spoke with Mike Bridges and he was extremely powerful at 50+ years old. He did a big squat and won his class. We talked about the days when we had one federation. A real good man for our sport and rep for we old guys.
