Which federation is right for me??

I'm not trying to open a can of worms, but I'm considering joining a federation, and I'm not familiar with the different feds. I would support drug testing the lifters and think that gear should be somewhat limited. Who do you guys support and what are the guidelines you follow? Thanks in advance.
