Les cramer

I have been approached by several high school coaches about any information that I may have on Les Cramer. The only thing I have heard is very negative. Can anyone give me some real scoop on this guy so I can pass it on to the coaches? I have only spoke with him a few minutes two or three separate times and didn't meet him until a few months ago. He is currently trying to get a sanction for a YMCA Nationals. To my understanding he just recently moved to the Dallas-Forth Worth area. Any help from people who know him or have had dealings with him in the past?
