I liked the monolift even when I backed the weight out. Since the supports are out really wide, I took two steps. One step back and the other leg back and to the side and I was set. I didn't have to do a lot of shuffling around. Also, it is a lot sturder than the racks. I've never seen a monolift lurch forward toward the head referee like I've seen with racks. What's wrong, getting old, can't try new tricks? Don't be scared...
