Its been going great, my shoulders have healed up, im getting back into some heavy benching, for the first time in years, my little woman Chris just hit a 303 bench at the uspf powerbowl in Fairmont at 148, just missing 314. Yes im planing on going to the Arnold expo to watch are hillbilly buddys, Brian Siders, and Phil Phister do the strongman. I think Brian will also be doing the bench meet. I cant comment on the fittness girls at the booths, my little woman might see it on here. I hope to see you there little hillbilly buddy. Stay strong.
