A legal bench as far as sinking and the press signalis, the bar can sink, but after the press signal it cant sink no more. Its pretty simple. As far as how many guys that can hit a raw 500 in the NFL, I said maybe 1 on every team, that was just to make a point. All I was saying is that it is a damn good bench, but not world class for the big guys over 240 or 250. Man some of these raw fanatics are worse than a bunch of selfrightous church ladys. They try to make a mountian out of a mole hill.
