I ride a motorcycle 20,000+ miles per year. Dodging blowouts from 18 wheelers, jerking out of the way of cell phoners changing lanes without looking, dodging 90 year old Florida winter residents running red lights because they no longer can see or hear but are still driving, and dodging McDonalds bags, cigars, etc that people in steel cages through out of their vehicles keeps the heart rate up and provides me with all the cardio I need.
