How can it be world class? Because there AREN'T a lot of people doing it, in or out of the sport. Like sinking (in some feds) arching is legal but I think it is bullshit to use either technique.

Dig up some old top 100 lists pre 1985. There was NOT a lot of 500's on the list.

I call shit on there being myriads of people able to bench 500lbs even if they did bounce the shit out of the bar. Survey this board and see how many 500lb gearless benchers there are. You will hardly get an answer. Most will say it's because they don't give a shit what their gearless numbers are but the truth is they just can't do it.
