I liked it! I set a master American bench record with it. I don't train much with a shirt. Only a few times before a meet. When I did the 611 I hadn't competed or trained in a shirt since the previous June. But it worked great that day! I just like training in minimal gear so I can feel the wt. Then throw on the shirt at the meet. I'm having fun that's all that matters.
