It was an incredible weekend! I want to thank Dan and Jennifer for a 1st class meet. You guys did an awesome job. Thank you to James Townsend and Box (Johnathon Albritton) for running my numbers and all the help during the meet. Thank you to Pete and Titan Support Systems for the best bench shirts on the planet! Thank you to wife who has always been ultra-supportive of me and thank you to all my family, friends and training partners. There is no way I could do this without you. I am really in awe right now and know I am probably forgetting several people.

If anyone has any photos of me at Bench Press Nationals in Denver this past weekend, I would to see them! I was in the 275 class (afternoon session on Sunday). You can email them to me at titan500@bellsouth.net. Thanks!
