they just put it into their body then (take note)--I DON'T GIVE A SHIT

if they steal--arrest them for stealing

if they mug people--arrest them for assault

if they drive intoxicated---arrest them for being on roads they don't own in a way they can't be

but when they are in their home...THEIR HOME...and putting drugs into their body...THEIR BODY...then it's no one's business but them
