Steve, I tip my hat to your patience to this point. The experience you've had with Gary is unusual but I've no doubt what you've stated is fact. I followed up with Gary on the note you sent me. Ultimately though I have no real leverage. That's not a cop-out, just a statement of fact. Without getting too deeply into business that's not mine I'll follow up again and see if there's something I can do to help.

My experience with Gary has been he's as hard working as anyone I've met, sells a quality product at a very fair price, and stands behind his word. There has to be a disconnect of some kind.
