Hi Steve,

Have you called Gary personally?

The reason I say this is because he treated me very good. I was running a meet in Oregon and we ordered squat racks for the meet. The racks or I should say "rack" arrived the evening before. UPS screwed up and returned the other rack. Gary at his own expense paid the extra shipping to overnight the rack back to us. It arrived in the morning a couple hours before the meet.

I had never done business with Gary before and would definitely do business with him again. I know he lost money on the deal but he still went out of his way to make sure we had the equipment to run the meet.

Try calling him personally. I found him very easy to deal with and a good businessman.
