Lost money buying equipment from Gary Pendergrass

On August 21, 2006 I purchased a F-208 REFEREE LIGHTING SYSTEM

Gary Pendergrass is the owner and promised me that the light system would arrive before my next meet on Sept 9,2006. Obviously I have waited a long time and I still don't have the referee light system he promised and charged me. I took too long to dispute it with my credit card company because I trusted Gary to come thru with the product. I have bugged him for over a year and still nothing has been shipped to me. No refund nothing. I have emailed Mike McDaniel for help to put pressure on Gary and still nothing. Gary is still taking orders for equipment. I'm not sure if anyone else had similar dealings with him but I would advise not doing any business with this man until he clears this up.
