Dennis Cieri benches 633 @ 198

Yesterday at the USAPL Bench Press Nationals in Denver, Dennis Cieri opened with a strong 584, went to a WR 630 on his second, and then finished off his day with another WR 633 on his third. It was a very impressive performance. The 198 class got very interesting on the 3rd attempts with Danny Thurman attempting to beat Cieri's 630 with a 632 attempt. He gave it a good effort but missed. Next up was Lance Kirchner with a 633 attempt. Another good effort but he missed as well. Then Dennis finished off the flight hitting the 633. Unbelievable battle at 198!
