You say impossible. In the case that some lifters squat staggard, then they would be red-lighted anyway by one of the side judges. Picture this; two side judges, whoever sees parallel first calls up(squat command), if the other judge does not see it as parallel he red-lights it, with the head judge being the deciding vote. The head jugde, even though he can, is not overturning a parallel call from one of the judges, he is making sure all of the other rules are being complied or adhered to. Hence, a 2-1 good lift, if one of the judges calls squat. BTW, parralel to mean by the lifting standards of the meet or federation, or to mean below parallel.
