I disagree.First of all I dont think the feds will offer much of a deal.I think they want Bonds.Secondly,Bonds NEVER denied taking steroids.He denied knowing that what he was taking was steroids.Very hard to prove in a court beyond a reasonable doubt in San Fran,especially without Andersons testimony.Remember,they have to prove he lied about knowing what he was taking,not that he took steroids.The original prosecuter who prosecuted the BALCO case guaranteed Bonds will never take a deal or admit he lied.His lawers have said that they will"kick the governments ass in court".I dont think he will take any deal in which he has to admit he lied about knowingly taking steroids.
