Billy,
I hope your just trying to make one of your freedom of living rants and are not serious about allowing people to shoot up with heroin in their homes. There is a big difference btween people that stick a needle full of test in their ass and people that shoot heroin. Heroin addicts for the most part committ other crimes like robberies, theft etc. to get the money for their fixes. I haven't run across too many guys at the gym that use that are part of the criminal element like that.Granted, is possessing Schedule III drugs without a script illegal - YES. Does it rise to the same level as a dope dealer, Heroin addict or Meth head - NO...at least not in my book and its my job to arrest these people. It's a public safety issue with the heroin addicts and other drugged out freaks not a government conspiracy.
