That's my approach for the most part also..butI have had two attorney's in particular that I have dealt a smack down to at preliminary hearings on multiple occassions resort to basically calling me a liar during these prelims and once at a non-jury trial. Plus their antics in the court room for these particular guys does nothing for the term professionalism....but for the most part, the attorney's I deal with are just doing their job like ME, so I don't take it too personally. As a matter of fact, one of the guys i used to lift with swiched to the "Dark Side" and is a criminal defense attorney...
