The answer is to put them in jail THE FIRST time they commit a violent crime.Not after the twentieth time.Ive known,been around and hung[hang out]with guys that have serious addictions.Most just do their dirt in private.The war on drugs is a monumental failure.We have overcrowded our prisons with kids selling dime bags and let out child molestors because we have no room to house them.LEAGALISE ALL DRUGS!!Give the American people their personal liberty back and the right to controll their own minds,bodies and souls.Or do we just reserve those rights for women who want abortions.
