The best chicken shi# stop in Fargo was a cop was stopping people for hanging their air fresher from the rear view mirror because it "obstructed" the driver's view albeit ever so slightly. Thankful, in both cases, the judges threw it out.
"Nothing personal just business" is how most of my interaction with law enforcment is. Most don't take it personally and I don't either.
