Thats because your stoned out drunks like the Kennedy's don't stay home. They leave the house, get behind the wheel and make kill kids playing in the street. And the junkies go out and burlarize your home, rob the store your working in etc to support their habit. Thats why we have laws. If people would stay in their house and do whatever I could give 2 hoots. If they make others like you and I (or our families the victims) then we need the laws. Unfortunately, the Kennedy's and others have proven to be above the law the rest of us have to obey with consequences for our actions.
