You are right, rehab never seems to work. Now the goverment is talking about reducing jail sentences for crack offenders. It seems that the goverment is a big joke when it comes to cracking down on crack heads and junkies. If they put as much effort into keeping these crack heads and junkies off the street as they do raising hell about roids, then we would all be a hell of a lot better off.
