You are right. Here in WV. thje junkies, and deadbeats live like kings and queens. I know guys that have never worked a honest day in thier life, have 2 or 3 kids, and have never paid child support. That live in low income apartments, have medical cards, get perscriptions for pain pills, free counseling, anti depresants, you name it. I have known junkies that have robbed, stole, and instead of going to jail, were put in group therapy, or sent to rehab for a month. If you ever decide to rob a gas station put a syringe in your car and a few oxy 80's and you will not go to jail, just group therapy, or maybe rehab for a month.
