its been happening in vancouver for the last 2 years i believe.and things have not changed at all on the downtown eastside.thats were the safe injection site is.i drive through that area at least 1 a week.if anything it has gotten worst.in fact we are experiencing a gang war becuase of the drug trade.10 people murdered in the last 3 weeks.2 innocent civilians 2 weeks ago.city is in real rough shape right now.have a close friend who is a cop down there and he says its things are real bad.
