Steve,
Steve wasn't responsible for adding that to the logo, I created the logo and threw it on their just off the top of my head. Rationale had to due a little with York, PA, but more so with the fact that the first World Championships was held in Pennsylvania.

So while there might not be a true way to find the actual birthplace of our sport, it has made for some fun and interesting discussion for a change.
