Hi Amy,

There are so many master lifters that are still putting up great numbers. One person who comes to me is Richard Flores out of Chicago. He competes at 165 in the 65 to 69 year old category. He still squats and deadlifts over 500 pounds and competes in the APF, AAPF, WPC, AWPC. He is an amazing lifter and wins everything. He competes about 4 times a year or more.
