Then this should also be a beef for you with any organization that allows a winner at any meet to qualify for World's. A lot of federations allow this not just WABDL. AAU does it for their World's, USPF for their Nationals and so on. If you win your division on any given day (if the meet is in your local area for example and not every top lifter flew to compete) then you qualify for entry to World's. I know lifters that go for the experience of being at a big meet.

Also, nowadays with the shirts on any given day people can win. I saw where a guy struggled badly to get 606 then put on a tight shirt and hit 705. That's just how the sport has gone. I see this same lifter just hit 606 again at a meet a couple of months ago. So as a you can see strange things happen at World's. Like the saying goes "on any given day".
