Good and Great benches

I wonder if someone could tell me what a average bench is and what a good benchpress is for a drug free lifter in the 123,132 and 148 lb class in single ply as well as double ply shirts.I would like to eventually compete in the USAPL bench nationals(hopefully 2008) as well as APF(tested and nontested divisions)contests and I want to know what I should be shooting for to be somewhat competitive.Thanks.
