Not if the guy put his hands on Art first. As soon as that guy put his hands on Arts chest that was assault. Adding that he was going to fuck him up was iceing on the cake.

Art's big error was wearing a sleeveless shirt. But he's a bench specialist so he gets a pass on that.

And Art, I never have that problem. I'm not big enough. When I throw on the tank top, people just walk up to me and ask, "Hey, you ever think about joining a gym?"
