Here's my experience on the diet.

Pro's:
1. It's very effective. I get fat walking past a Hershey bar and this diet allows me to eat and burn fat at the same time without starving.
2. I get stronger while losing weight. I basically eat meat and eggs, so my protein levels increase a lot. I cycle the diet and everytime I drop weight I'm bigger at that weight than I was before.
3. It's easy to follow.
4. I love the guilt free cheating on the weekends.
5. I personally feel pretty good on the diet. It's almost euphoric.

Con's:
1. The food gets old after a while. That's why I cycle it for 6 weeks. I can only take so much beef.
2. The guilt free weekend was in the Pro's, but sometimes it's also a drag. If I go crazy on carbs I get tired and sluggish.

This is it with the con's for me, but #1 is a killer. I've used it with great success cycling the diet. I eat higher carb, low fat diet for a couple of months and hit about 230-235. Then for 6 weeks I use the low carb, high fat diet and drop to 215-220. Now I'm going to do the same thing between 220 and 198. The 6 weeks I'm on the diet I get stronger and lose fat.
