(Disclaimer: I don't wear any of the shirts I'm about to describe. I'm weighing my pseudo-knowledge and inclination to help against potential flamers because I'm a know-nothing buttinski.)

Here's what I think I know:

- JT's right, of course. You should rest and heal.
- It's good that you're reevaluating your form. Just because you learned something from someone else doesn't mean that it's right for you.
- I've read that the Phenom (let's say non-super-jacked) is springy at the bottom, less helpful at the end of the ROM, and less durable. I can't pretend to speak of the, 'grooviness'.
- I've read that the Rage is awesome; allows for a wider variance in, 'grooviness'; has pop off the bottom and follow-through to the top.
- Titan has a Fury, which has a higher groove, and many swear by it; proven in international competition. Lots of pop off the bottom and less at the top.
- Titan has a Katana S/S (straight sleeve), which even more love now; pop off the bottom and helpful all the way through; durable. The double Katana has been described as, "badass".

(I kinda lied I guess - I wear a single Katana S/S, which I love.)
