You must qualify to lift in the USPF Nationals and that's thru lifting at a local meet in Georgia such as Buddy Duke's meets. You only need a total from the meet not a qualifying total. We want lifters coming to the USPF Nationals not to be surprised and to be familiar with the rules and style of the USPF. Lifting in a local meet will be a nice tuneup for nationals.
