I did not miss any point.And,I am not knocking lifting at a Son Light event for kicks.If you like the meets,knock yourself out.It just does not make much sense for arguments sake to purposely use Dr. Latch as an introduction into the sport for the sole purpose of a stepping stone.Granted,many new lifters may have started with Son Light with no background in the sport whatsoever and then decided to move on to bigger things later on when they saw greener pastures.
