I would guess they didn't vote on it because Titan didn't make a DD when the vote occurred.

Bottom line, just don't lift in WABDL anymore. I've never lifted in WABDL (I'm in the midwest). You being from LA - I would think that wouldn't be too tough to avoid WABDL.
