Son light

got back from a Son light meet and needed to vent.
as usual, the rules,- wait what am i saying there where no rules.
just sloppppyyy gift lifts that wouldnt count in any real meet. although there was a couple of guys who lifted correctly, for the most part it was the usual joke. ive said it before and i will say it again. any result turned in by this guy needs to be kicked out of the top 100. there is no way of knowing if the lift was good or not. ONE judge, baggy clothes, double, tripple ply, two bench shirts, past the elbows, anything goes. it is a joke.I would like to give props to Gaylord Goode who is still lifting strong in his 70's.
and to Rocky (you know who you are) get a grip, YOU CANNOT lift, i have never seen you get a lift, and all you do is talk about how good you are. stop talking and get a lift passed. it is pretty easy to say {i missed 500) but that would imply it is possible for you to get 500 which is about 150 more then you can actually do.
