TB, You know me, I have to defend, 'raw' lifting, against you and RDC. Even though I've come over to, 'the dark side' of bench shirts, I remember my roots.

Those vids look strong! The bench is all tris, with that narrow grip. And that DL is impressive. I'm sure some DL expert might say your form could be improved, but as an Internet Judge, I would give an easy white light.
