Hiro Isagawa of Japan (IPF) held 2 open and 1 Masters BP WRs in 56 & 60kg classes at the same time at 49 yrs old. (2002).
He was born in 1953. Still holds IPF Masters 1 & 2 BP records at 56k & 60k. (Age 54).
Dunno about the 'all-time'lists, but tell your friend it can be done.
