Good post, todays raw lifters do not lift no ways near what some of you old timers did 30 years ago. Luke Iams,Don Rienhoudt, Jim Williams, You, Larry Pacifico, Dave Shaw, Ron Collins, Doug young, Kuc, the list go's on and on. I remember watching Rick Weil bench 556 at 181 before the shirt was ever made. But eqiupment is a lot safer, there is no ways near as many pec tears as there was back then, thanks to the shirts.
