Sept. 1st UPA-Iowa Bench Bash for Cash is only 2 months away. If you want to commit please send your name, age, city, State, Team, and weight class to
bcarpenter@unitedpowerliftingassociation.com

No Formula. Most weight lifted for placings. As of now 1st place is $1,000 in each division and could be more with Sponsors and number of lifters. Best Lifter by Schwartz Formula will win a $1000 gift certificate for Metal Militia Powerlifting Equipment. I will have trophies for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd too. All lifters entry money($100 entry fee)goes in to the Cash pool for the winners. $3000 in cash prizes as of now.

Also remember this is a two meet one day event. The UPA amateur meet is in the morning starting at 9 am and the Pro Bench Bash for Cash starts at 6 pm. We also added a UPA-AD drug tested division. Please see entry form for all details.
