Buddy, you missed my point.
People who take blood pressure medicine or lifters who use steroids, can all be fine if they stick to moderation.
When a lifter says, "this stuff workd great at x quantity, I'm going to take 3 times x, to get results 3 times as fast.....then you have abuse.
Even too much food will make you fat.
